4P3X Verse™Kyzel Kreates™ Portfolio
Dedicated case study
Private Project Discovery, QA Testing, Repair Planning and Proof Reporting Platform.
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is a free private-first project discovery, QA testing, repair planning and proof reporting platform created by Kyzel Kreates™. I built it because my 4P3X Verse™ ecosystem grew so quickly that I needed one place to find projects, match source files to deployments, check routes and buttons, organise repair queues, and generate public-safe proof reports. It helps show whether apps are working, whether connections are linked properly, and whether projects are ready for portfolio, testing, repair or archive. The platform is designed around local-first privacy, permission-based scanning, public-safe exports and IP protection.
Locate project folders, ZIP builds, repos, hosting links and deployments from authorised sources.
Organise route, button, dashboard, App, menu, form, page and live URL checks before public sharing.
Create public-safe proof summaries and private technical reports without exposing protected source logic.
Keep private work local-first, permission-based and separated from public evidence.
Case study
As the 4P3X Verse™ grew, I had projects spread across different places: local folders, ZIP builds, old versions, updated versions, deployed Netlify sites, possible duplicate builds, unfinished refactors, dashboard apps, Apps, proof pages, report folders, assets, logos and deployment links.
The problem was not only building the apps. The harder part became knowing which version was latest, which projects were live, which projects were broken, which buttons worked, which dashboards connected to Apps, which projects were portfolio-ready, and which builds needed fixing or archiving.
I needed a way to make my own build process easier, safer and more organised. That is why I created 4P3X BuildProof Studio™.
Platform structure
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is a private control platform for checking projects before they are shown publicly or added to the portfolio.
It brings together project discovery, device/folder scanning workflow, ZIP finding, repo and hosting connector planning, source-to-deployment matching, duplicate detection, best-version finding, project health classification, QA planning, button and route checking, App/offline checks, repair queue planning, proof reporting, demo evidence planning, public-safe export, privacy and IP protection.
Core message: Find the project. Check it works. Prove it works. Protect the source.
Quality assurance
Checks whether the app opens, main pages load, routes are connected and live URLs are reachable.
Checks dashboard links, App/user links, app install flow, offline/App install/offline files and connected product areas.
Checks buttons, menus, forms, cards, lessons, portals, app actions, page transitions and report pages.
Helps identify whether a project has a matching source folder, ZIP, repo or live deployment.
Helps decide whether a project is portfolio-ready, needs repair, needs review, or should be archived.
Supports public-safe proof reports without exposing source files, private notes or backend details.
Discovery Network™
One of the main features is the Project Discovery Network™. This is designed to help locate projects across authorised sources, including selected local folders, ZIP backup folders, project folders, GitHub repositories, GitLab repositories, Bitbucket repositories, Netlify deployments, Vercel deployments, Cloudflare Pages deployments and other authorised hosting or server services in future.
The system is permission-based. It does not silently scan devices, unknown servers or unauthorised accounts. The user chooses what folders, repos or services to connect.
This makes it useful for people who build lots of apps and lose track of where everything is stored.
Source to live proof
A major part of the system is matching project source files to live deployments. A project might have a local folder, an old ZIP, a newer ZIP, a GitHub repo, a Netlify deployment, a public demo page and a proof report.
BuildProof Studio™ is designed to help connect those pieces together so the user can understand which version is the best version and what needs testing.
This is especially useful for a large ecosystem like the 4P3X Verse™, where many products are built from modular foundations and then refactored into different sector-specific versions.
Connected product checks
BuildProof Studio™ is designed to help check that projects are not just visually finished, but actually usable.
It can be used to prepare and organise checks for homepage flow, dashboard flow, App flow, app install flow, route navigation, button actions, menu actions, page transitions, report pages, proof pages, repair pages, privacy pages, live URLs, ZIP builds, local folders and deployed apps.
The purpose is to show whether the project works as a connected product. For my own projects, this is important because many of them include more than one connected part, such as a dashboard, a App, a report area, settings, demo/live controls, or proof pages.
Fix-only discipline
The platform is not designed to randomly rewrite apps.
It follows a safer repair model: Find → Classify → Plan → Repair Carefully → Retest → Report.
The system separates issues into different levels: safe to fix, needs review, manual repair needed, do not auto-fix and blocked. This helps protect working systems from being damaged by unnecessary changes.
For issues that need more care, BuildProof Studio™ can prepare a repair brief instead of making unsafe changes. This supports a fix-only workflow where the smallest safe change is made and the project is checked again.
Evidence layer
BuildProof Studio™ helps create evidence that a project has been checked.
It is designed to support QA reports, proof reports, project health summaries, screenshot evidence, demo video evidence planning, public-safe summaries, portfolio candidate lists, repair queue reports, archive plans, release readiness checks, private technical reports and public-facing proof reports.
This helps me show that my projects are not just ideas. They are being checked, organised and prepared properly.
The public-safe reporting model is important because it allows me to share proof without exposing source code, private repair logic, hidden files, private notes or backend details.
Private-first
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is designed to be private-first.
The public platform is free to use and designed around safe, user-controlled project management. Workspace information is intended to stay local unless the user chooses to export it. The deeper project checking and automation workflow is designed to run locally, so private files do not need to be uploaded to an external service.
The system is built around no hidden scanning, no unauthorised server probing, no cloud upload by default, selected-folder scanning only, authorised repo/hosting connections only, local-first workspace handling, private reports for internal use, public-safe reports for sharing, redaction before public export, source-map and secret-risk awareness, and separation between private project detail and public proof.
This makes the platform useful for builders who want to prove their work without exposing how everything is built.
Audience
For people creating many products alone and needing structure.
For builders creating fast with AI and needing proof/repair discipline.
For people preparing demos before public presentation.
For people with many builds, backups and old versions.
For people who want to test and report without exposing source work.
It is especially useful for anyone who builds fast and ends up with many versions of the same project.
Founder problem solved
I built this because I needed a better way to manage my own work.
The 4P3X Verse™ had grown from individual app builds into a wider ecosystem of products, dashboards, Apps, demos, reports and deployment links.
That created a new challenge: How do I prove everything works, keep track of every version, and avoid losing the best builds?
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is my answer to that. It makes my life easier by giving me one place to organise, check and prepare my projects before I show them to anyone else.

The screenshot demonstrates the product direction without exposing source code, private prompts, API keys, backend secrets, repo tokens, private folders or internal scan logic.
What it demonstrates
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ demonstrates ecosystem thinking, project management tooling, QA workflow design, local-first design thinking, privacy-first product planning, App install/offline awareness, repair-first development discipline, public-safe reporting, evidence generation, source/deployment mapping, scalable portfolio management and practical problem-solving from a real workflow issue.
It also shows that I am building not only products, but the infrastructure around the products.
Outcome
The result is a private-first platform that helps me manage a growing ecosystem of apps and prove they work.
It helps answer important questions: Where is the latest version? Is the project live? Is the project working? Are the buttons connected? Are the pages connected? Is the App flow present? Is the project safe to share? Is there a proof report? Is this ready for the portfolio? Does it need repair? Should it be archived?
For a fast-growing product ecosystem, this kind of system becomes essential.
Public benefit
Although I built BuildProof Studio™ to solve my own project management problem, I made the public-safe version free so other builders can use the same idea.
It may help people who are overwhelmed by too many project files, too many versions, too many deployments, or too many unfinished builds.
The goal is to make project checking easier, safer and more organised.
Important privacy note
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is designed to be private-first and user-controlled.
Users should only scan folders, repos or hosting accounts they own or have permission to access. Private tokens, keys, source files and internal project details should not be placed into public reports. Public-safe exports should be used when sharing evidence externally.
Final positioning
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is the private proof layer for the 4P3X Verse™. It helps find projects, check connections, plan repairs, protect private work and generate evidence that apps are working.
4P3X BuildProof Studio™ is free to explore, and I welcome feedback from anyone who tries it.
There are multiple ways to contact me through my portfolio, and all feedback, suggestions, improvement ideas and recommended updates are genuinely appreciated. This project was built to solve a real problem in my own workflow, but I am also interested in hearing how it could be improved for other builders, creators, testers, portfolio developers and AI-assisted product makers.
If you spot something that could be clearer, easier to use, more useful, or better explained, I would be grateful for the feedback.
